CLIENTS ACCOMPANIED BY AGENTS/BROKERS:

If your client’s name was registered with Palmilla Reserve prior to your initial contact or engagement with Palmilla Reserve or its representatives, the corresponding Broker, Agent, or Referrer may be eligible for a commission or referral fee, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Palmilla Reserve Fee Agreement. To qualify, the Broker/Agent/Referrer must complete the required information above, duly execute this Registration Form, and comply with all applicable provisions of the Referral Agreement.

This registration shall remain valid for a period of 180 days from the date of signature below. If the Client’s purchase occurs after the expiration of this period, no commission or referral fee will be payable. However, the Broker/Agent/Referrer may submit a new registration to extend the registration period for an additional 180 days.

By signing this Registration Form, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data in accordance with Palmilla Reserve’s Privacy Notice, which is available upon request. All personal data provided will be kept confidential and used solely for purposes directly related to this registration and the administration of the Palmilla Reserve Referral Agreement

AGENT REFERRER STATEMENT:

I confirm that I have registered the prospective purchaser named in this Registration Form prior to their first engagement with Palmilla Reserve or any of its representatives. I understand that I will be entitled to receive a commission or referral fee only if all conditions set forth in the Palmilla Reserve Referral Agreement are fully satisfied. I acknowledge that this Registration Form shall only be valid and enforceable if duly executed by the prospective purchaser, the Broker/Agent/Referrer, and an authorized representative of the Seller. Furthermore, I represent and warrant that if I am signing this Form as a Broker or Agent, I am duly licensed as a real estate broker or salesperson under the laws of the state in which I am submitting this Form and that my license is current and in good standing.
